styleJSON re-renders the whole map when it changes

Expected behavior

styleJSON should take an object and perform a diff check to see which layers to update.

Start with the standalone React Native reproduction and trace how the styleJSON prop is handled by the map component. Confirm the current rerender behavior on Android with React Native 0.79.2 and @rnmapbox/maps 10.1.38. Done means styleJSON changes are diffed so only affected layers update without rerendering the whole map.
