Description

It would be cool to have borders that can be limited to specific tags! The generic ones could still be used whereever, but eg having a magic wand border that can show up for magic schools, rockets for space operas and so on.

Second, attached feature would be assigning fixed borders to some books, so that there could be an LCARS border for Spock's World etc …
