Description
In some experiments i've run directly on Rivet Actors, pi-agent-core shows significant latency improvement (66% reduction in claim restoration even in a warm path). ACP gives broad compatibility, but I think the perf improvement is worth considering direct integration.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the existing ACP integration and the claim-restoration benchmark referenced in the issue, then clarify the required direct pi-agent-core boundary and compatibility expectations. Done should mean a reviewed native integration path with performance results compared against ACP.
