Description

Even if the rive animations display nearly 60fps on any browser when opened from a desktop os, from any android mobile (i have a samsung S22 which works pretty well with other webgl2 demos) on chrome, firefox or opera they get very sluggish. It's easy to repro, go to the rive marketplace and open any artboard preview, all of them will make the browser update very slow and even input responds with lag.

Research direction

Reproduce the lag on an Android device by opening any Rive Marketplace artboard preview in Chrome, Firefox, and Opera, then compare it with the desktop behavior. Trace the runtime and renderer involved in the preview; done means the animations and input remain responsive on the reported Android browsers.
