Description
I'm going to display animation to users on mobile and PC at the same time. However, there are some devices that display rive animation very slowly.
Can we provide an optimization option for these equipment? Although Rive is highly compatible, I think we need to improve on low-end mobile equipment.
For example, it would be nice to adjust the rendering scale, turn off anti-aliasing, or adjust the frame rate.

Research direction
Begin by locating the React runtime's Rive rendering path and reproducing the slowdown on a low-spec mobile device. The issue needs a concrete optimization scope and measurable completion criteria, such as an exposed rendering-scale, anti-aliasing, or frame-rate option with a demonstrated performance improvement.
