Description

Currently it's only possible to specify a playback speed at edit time in the Rive editor. That's perfectly fine for normal animations, but in case of games it's sometimes required to dynamically change playback speed at the runtime.

Research direction

Start by tracing the React runtime component props and the playback-control entry point. Determine how a runtime playback-speed prop should interact with the editor's configured speed, then verify that changing the prop dynamically changes animation playback without affecting existing behavior.
