Hey there!

Would be great to have an option to set a custom OpenAI API endpoint to use for transcription and also add a functionality, that allows using Scriberr with other apps, that can take OpenAI compatible API for transcription (i.e Whisper plugin for Obsidian)

for Dev I know the development is currently paused, so i'm posting this in case development resumes in near future and I hope it all turns out well in the end @rishikanthc :)
