Description
When login with a2p sms account, will not be able send sms, better check if the account can send a2p sms, and auto switch to a2p sms.

Research direction
Start from the login flow for an A2P SMS account and trace the SMS send path. Identify where account sending capability is checked and where the SMS mode can be selected or switched.
