Description
Issues 板块侧重于处理 bug 修复以及亟待实现的新功能。
用户在使用中遇到问题时，可能并不十分确定是不是小狼毫的 bug；对新功能的设想可能并没有经过仔细的推敲，需要通过讨论来完善具体需求；有时用户可能想要分享既不是 bug 也不是新功能需求的一般信息，却苦于没有其他渠道只好发布到 Issues 板块。
GitHub 近期上线了 Discussions 板块，可以满足一般化的讨论需求。请大家优先将自己的想法发布到那里；也可以在 rime/home 的 Issues 板块发布新 issue。
小狼毫的 Issues 板块今后开始实行更加严格的发布准入机制。经过 Discussions 板块讨论确定为 bug 或合理的新功能请求，方可发布相应的 issue。未经讨论发布的新 issue（编号大于 #616）可能会被无条件关闭，恕不另行通知。
