win10下的csgo无法输入中文，坦克世界也就是WOT在窗口模式下也无法输入中文，候选框都无法显示，之前看到几个类似问题，被添加了重复标签，都归到了和LOL一个问题下，结果LOL的问题解决了，直接问题就关闭了，但是csgo的还是不行，请问有解决方案嘛。我是刚下载的新版本更新过后做的测试
