Description
自己使用的windows设备是一台二合一电脑，有时候会使用触控屏幕输入文字，绝大多数时候下一切正常，但是偶尔会在开始键入第一个字母时，接受输入的应用程序会失去相应。
目前已经在Typora、Mozilla Firefox和Microsoft Edge中发现过这类情况的出现。其他的应用程序还在测试。此问题已经在windows10的多个版本（1703、1809、1903版本）中发现。
ps：如果没有触控设备的话可以用鼠标点选触控键盘来测试
