Description
Win7 64位，长期使用Keepass，小狼毫0.13.0版本，设置系统输入法快捷键Ctrl+3为切换到美式键盘，安装小狼毫后此快捷键失效！
经测试，重新安装系统→设置快捷键→有效→安装小狼毫→快捷键失效
再次重新安装系统→设置快捷键→有效→安装其他输入法测试（bing输入法、qq输入法等）→快捷键有效
唯一的变量操作就是安装了小狼毫，确定应该是小狼毫的问题了
