不是在所有app里出现, 只是部分app. 比如windows上的mintty, macOS的emacs.
这算是app的问题, 还是输入法的问题呢?

未输入状态, 按下类似shift加回车, 或者shift加backspace, 这种组合键, 从按下到松开会来回切几次中英状态, 没有任何意思, 反倒干扰输入
