在键盘鼠标共享软件 synergy 中，shift 按键无法响应的问题

Description
需要在两台电脑间共用一套键鼠。所以使用 synergy 这个软件，两台电脑都装了鼠须管输入法。
但作为 client 端的电脑，别的输入都很正常，就是无法响应 shift 切换中英文输入。
我同时测试了百度输入法，微信输入法。都是正常切换。响应了 shift 的按下。
说明shift 的按下事件正确传递了，看是不是内部处理时因为什么原因给忽略了。
