Description
开启了shift切换中英文，但是如果在mac上使用Shift+鼠标进行文本选择，同样会触发中英文切换。
比如shift down和up之间如果有鼠标点击，是否不应该进行中英文切换
补充: Chrome, Xcode稳定出现，Safari，文本编辑没问题
