中英切換不完全（使用 macOS 的 command + space）

我一向用macOS的 command + space 來切換中英，但10次切換裡，大約會有1次會切換不完全：系統輸入法本應從鼠鬚管變成英文，但它仍停留在鼠鬚管，可是輸入確實變成英文，只不過英文下方多顯示了一條底線。
如此一來，輸入完英文後，我若想用慣用的 command + space 切回中文，必須連按兩次這個組合鍵才行。
這個問題在任何程式裡都會出現。請問如何解決這個bug？
