macos mojave 无法输入中文：在Chrome浏览器插件(Saladict 沙拉查词)，钉钉项目里新建任务时

Description
发生情况如下：
- 在Chrome浏览器插件(Saladict 沙拉查词)，无法输入，输入时一片空白不上屏，不显示，但是有触发输入动作
- 钉钉项目里新建任务时，打中文不上屏无反应，跟沙拉查词差不多现象
还有其他一些软件也会出现，暂时比较少见到，以上2个情况，一定会发生。
只能又装了个搜狗作为紧急情况的备选！希望可以解决下~
彻底只剩一个输入法：鼠须管。
