Description
有时候是整个电脑上都是这样，无法输入任何东西，就是键盘无响应。
有时候是某个app，比如是 Safari ，或者 Sublime Text 无响应，不能输入任何东西。
输入法的设置页就是这样了，在活动监视器中把鼠须管关掉再重启也是不行的。
