明月拼音切換繁簡體的問題

Description
因爲個人原因，我經常需要切換繁簡體，不過有個問題。
比如說，我在 Chrome 中切換到了繁體，換到 Telegram，依然還是簡體。這時候只有先切換到其它輸入法，再切換回來；或者 control + ` 重新設置一下。Telegram 纔會變成繁體狀態。
因爲我習慣了一直在鼠鬚管中輸入中英文。所以一般情況下都不會切換輸入法，所以經常會出現，在一些程序中是繁體，一些程序中是簡體的狀況
