簡要描述 Bug：
schema_list:
- schema: double_pinyin_flypy
- schema: rime_ice
使用switcher快捷键后，仅当面应用程序切换schema，其他应用程序不一定会被同步切换。
預期行爲：
所有应用程序被同步切换为指定schema
實際行爲：
例如，在微信中切换为rime_ice后，发现edge浏览器仍旧停留在double_pinyin_flypy。
環境
- 系統版本： (macOS 15.6)
- 鼠鬚管版本： (1.0.3)
- 方案：雾凇拼音（含小鹤与全拼）
