Description

The Python tests that make calls to get an ISA fail if (unsurprisingly) the architecture/QPU-ID it's looking for does not exist. We should update conftest.py to the current architecture, or even use this endpoint to look up an available ID before making the calls.

Research direction

Start with crates/lib/tests_py/qpu/test_isa.py and its conftest.py setup. Check which architecture or QPU-ID the tests currently request, then compare it with the current architecture or the instructionSetArchitectures endpoint. Done means the Python ISA tests no longer fail because the requested architecture or QPU-ID is retired.
