Issue Description
I cannot access the Forest SDK.
How to Reproduce
On the installation page: https://pyquil-docs.rigetti.com/en/v2.0.0/start.html
if I follow the link "Request the Forest SDK here." ( https://www.rigetti.com/forest ), I get a white page.
How can I get the Forest SDK? I need to run the pyquil test locally and I need qvm and quilc. Am I right?

Environment Context

Start with the installation page at https://pyquil-docs.rigetti.com/en/v2.0.0/start.html and reproduce the linked Forest SDK page behavior in Chrome or Firefox on Ubuntu. Check the repository’s documentation for the link and the references to qvm and quilc; done means the access guidance or link is verified and corrected if the issue is in this project.
