Description

Research direction
Start by locating the Rust library entry point and the current packaging or loading path for libquilc.core and libquilc.so. Check how native assets are distributed, then determine how include_bytes! would fit that path. Done means libquilc.core is bundled in the Rust library and no longer needs separate distribution.
