Description
SetSplitRatio adjusts the ratio between two split panes, but there's no direct geometry/resize control — sizing is only reachable via dragging a divider or the ratio of a single split.
Proposal: a ResizePane control op (or extension to SetSplitRatio) for precise, scriptable pane sizing, useful for restoring exact layouts or CLI-driven layout setup.

Research direction
Start by locating the existing SetSplitRatio control operation and the entry points for divider dragging and CLI-driven layout setup; the issue names no files or tests. Trace how pane geometry is represented, then clarify the ResizePane semantics and verify that precise sizing and layout restoration work through the relevant control path.
