Description
There currently seems to be no plugin/library that allows giving rhai scripts full system access by allowing them to do things like spawning subprocesses or doing filesystem operations. Is something like this planned as an optional feature or has someone already made this as a seperate crate?

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. First determine whether an existing Rhai plugin or separate crate provides subprocess and filesystem access, then clarify the optional API and safety boundaries with maintainers. Done would be a decided scope and accepted implementation path, not merely an answer about plans.
