Description

ActiveJob has a config:

config.active_job.queue_name_prefix = Rails.env

I think scheduler should add prefix automatically, probably here:
https://github.com/resque/resque-scheduler/blob/master/lib/resque/scheduler.rb#L237

Research direction

Start in lib/resque/scheduler.rb at the linked line and trace queue-name handling for scheduled jobs. Compare that behavior with the ActiveJob queue_name_prefix configuration described in the issue, then verify the expected prefixed queue behavior with a regression test.
