Description
If the number of queues is large or the queues have long names, I'm unable to instantiate a pool. It seems like there's a 1022 character limit.

Research direction
Start by reproducing pool instantiation with many queues or long queue names, then trace the pool setup to identify where the apparent 1022-character limit is introduced. Read the linked ruby/psych issue for related context. Done means a pool can be created for these queue configurations without breaking existing behavior.
