Description

It would be helpful to see a plot of the test and reference locations along with all other turbines in the wind farm. This would be similar to the capacity factor plot which is already a map. I would plot turbines as circles the size of the rotor diameter with test, reference and turbines with no role differentiated by both color and line style (for greyscale viewing - these plots often go into reports which may be printed).

Bonus points if background imagery conveying the terrain (either elevation contours, aerial imagery, or both) can be shown but I am not sure how to do that.

Research direction

Start by locating the existing capacity factor map plot and tracing how turbine locations and rotor diameters are provided to it. Done means adding a map showing all turbines, with test, reference, and unassigned roles distinguished by color and line style; terrain imagery or contours are optional bonus scope.
