Description
The analysis bin will still hang in rare occasions. We can set a timeout that autokills the process if it goes on for longer than say 15 seconds. We can then just allow processes that might take longer (renaming? What else can potentially be slow?) to override that if needed. This should help with cleaning up the occasional hangup.

Research direction
Start by locating the analysis bin and tracing how it launches and waits for the analysis process. Define which operations may exceed the proposed 15-second limit and how they can opt out. Done means a lingering analysis process is terminated while legitimately longer operations remain allowed.
