Description
Windows 10 ， 程序窗口文字模糊， 当鼠标移上去 变清晰。。类似不断的“闪烁”， 但是又不是闪烁。
Lenovo 笔记本，3060显卡。
本机其他程序 显示正常。。就是 Reqable 不正常。 如下图所示
