Describe the bug
Reqable 和 NeverClick 软件存在冲突。触发 NeverClick 的鼠标提示悬浮界面之后，Reqable 完全无法响应任何键盘操作，快捷键、文本输入、导航全部失效，只能重启 Reqable 才能恢复正常。

To Reproduce
复现步骤：

  1. 打开 Reqable，并保持程序处于前台。
  2. 按下 NeverClick 的唤起热键，调出鼠标标签提示悬浮界面。
  3. 退出 NeverClick 的提示悬浮层。
  4. 切回 Reqable 窗口，尝试任意键盘操作。
  5. 观察问题：Reqable 完全不响应键盘按键。无法删除，复制等操作
    Expected behavior
    关闭 NeverClick 悬浮界面后，Reqable 应当可以正常接收、响应键盘输入，不需要重启应用。
