[bug] unable to capture traffic even while the certificate is installed

Description

android bug

after updating my phone to android 16, 'm unable to use reqable at all, I tried everything, certified is marked as "installed", and I installed it exactly as the guide says, but whenever I try to capture the traffic of any app, the connection goes down, no internet access in any app, and when I open any captured traffic it says "Unable to perform SSL handshake with client".

and for some reason I'm unable to change the proxy port at all.

more information: in android 16 you can't simply paste the certificate into system/etc/security/cacerts, you have to use a magisk module as the app does.

please help me
