[bug] 点击系统代理按钮程序大概率会卡死

Description

点击系统代理按钮后程序窗口会刷新一下，然后就卡死了。
鼠标悬浮在组件上不会显示任何效果，但点击关闭按钮是可以关掉窗口的。

频繁在侧边栏切换页面也会导致这种卡死。
