提高域名列表的可读性和管理效率，请在当前页面增加一个基于二级域名的分组

列表应默认按二级域名进行分组。每个二级域名作为一个可折叠的父级入口。

点击父级入口（二级域名），展开或折叠其下的所有三级或多级子域名。

应显示每个二级域名下包含的子域名数量统计（例如：douyin.com (3)）。

列表应保留一个“全部”或“未分组”的选项，以显示所有域名。
