[bug] PC端安装根证书到已Root的Android手机后，可以正常使用，但重启手机后，提示未安装根证书

Android：2.33.12.152
Android手机为Pixel9，已使用Magisk进行Root
在Android中通过协同模式连接PC端，然后再PC端采用“安装根证书到Android设备”后，提示安装成功
此时可以在windows环境中正常抓包，Android中也正常显示根证书已安装，使用MT Manager查看系统证书目录，也能找到安装的根证书文件
此时重启Android设备，再次启动手机端APP，此时提示未安装根证书
再次通过PC端进行安装后，又可以正常用了
