在我的场景下，clash的系统代理是经常开着的。当我使用reqable时，会打开reqable的系统代理，用完了就会关闭。问题出现在这里，这时候reqable只是会关闭系统代理，并不会把我的系统代理恢复到启动reqable时的样子（clash系统代理），导致我要去手动启动下clash的系统代理功能，十分繁琐。
我觉得程序员人群中使用翻墙代理软件的不在少数，因此希望可以优化这一点。
Describe the solution you'd like
在用户启动reqable的系统代理时，先保存下来用户原来的系统代理，随后在用户关闭reqable时恢复。
如果担心和之前行为不一致，希望可以提供一个设置：
- 关闭代理时恢复开启前的状态
- 关闭代理时仅设为关闭状态
