Description
We should store support bundles when they are uploaded. This is currently not implemented.
Testgrid should have a provisioned s3 bucket to drop these into, and link to them in the database. Support bundles should be downloadable from the testgrid web interface.

Research direction
Start by tracing the Testgrid support-bundle upload flow and identifying where uploaded bundles and their metadata are handled. Confirm the provisioned S3 bucket and database-link requirements, then verify the web interface can download the stored bundles. Done means uploaded support bundles are stored, linked in the database, and downloadable from Testgrid.
