Description
As part of the next major version, we should introduce a change to the default user-agent header the Action configures.
Now userAgent is templateable, we can use i.e.
Renovate/{{renovateVersion}} (https://github.com/renovatebot/github-action)
This may aid with operators of registries, etc, who can then see better where Renovate-initiated traffic comes from.
