CPU tab doesn't show values on a PC with a locale that uses , instead of . for decimals

Description
Changing the initPcuInfo method to use DecimalFormatter as follows fixed the issue for me:
DecimalFormat format = new DecimalFormat("#.00", DecimalFormatSymbols.getInstance(Locale.US));
