Description
Found in the 0.28.0 pre-release review (2026-09-08). Line references are as of main after #926.
`docs/site/docs/style-guide.md:109-112` and the Vale rules require "Evidence Gateway" (20 page titles, about 1,000 body occurrences), while `products/evidence/CONCEPT.md:9` says the product is named Evidence and the crates, binaries and root AGENTS.md all say Evidence. Pick one. If Evidence wins, this is a mechanical sweep plus a Vale rule change; if Evidence Gateway wins, CONCEPT.md and AGENTS.md need the qualifier.

Research direction
Read docs/site/docs/style-guide.md:109-112, the Vale rules, products/evidence/CONCEPT.md:9, and the root AGENTS.md to understand the naming conflict. After the product name is decided, sweep the documented occurrences or update the qualifier sources as applicable, then verify the Vale checks and confirm the crates, binaries, and docs use one name consistently.
