Add provider and model configuration database for smooth integration

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently user has to manually edit many fields which should be automatically filled, such as baseUrl field for providers and contextLimit for models.

• Add configuration database for providers and models.
• User can select provider preset to initialize basic fields
• After a model is selected, contextLimit, maxOutput and capabilities should be automatically filled.
