Support Global Disable for Plugin Floating Ball in Chrome Extension

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The user is requesting a feature to add a global option to completely disable or turn off the floating ball (overlay/widget) for the plugin across the entire application. Currently, the floating ball might be always visible or lack a comprehensive way to hide it system-wide. The user wants the ability to completely turn off this floating UI element with a single global setting.
