Clicking on citations in AI responses does not jump to the actual referenced content

Describe the bug
When a user clicks on a citation or reference within an AI-generated response, the link or hyperlink does not redirect to the original source or referenced content. This means that users cannot easily verify or explore the sources mentioned in the AI's answer, potentially reducing the transparency and credibility of the information provided.
