Description
What to build
Register the Console frontend dependency graph as one stable Snyk Open Source project so frontend policy changes can be published without creating branch- or sweep-specific projects.
Acceptance criteria
- One existing project is discoverable in the configured Snyk organization for the Console frontend manifest/lockfile on the stable
masterreference. - Project identity documents the exact name, target file, and target reference required by the audit monitor guard.
- A frontend Snyk sweep can preflight exactly one project and update it without creating another project.
Blocked by
None — can start immediately.
Context
The 2026-07-29 frontend sweep found zero matching projects through the Snyk Projects API, so snyk monitor was intentionally skipped to avoid project churn.

Research direction
Start by locating the Console frontend manifest/lockfile and the existing frontend Snyk sweep and audit monitor guard. Check the Snyk Projects API behavior described in the issue, then configure one stable master-reference project with the required identity details. Done means the preflight discovers exactly one project and the sweep updates it without creating another.
