Description
In our development set up, we use Redpanda Console and have a single Redpanda Connect instance that runs our pipelines. It would be nice to be able to connect the two to be able to visualize what the Connect instance is currently running without looking at the internal topics or checking the logs of the Redpanda Connect container.

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by mapping how Console connects to external services and how Redpanda Connect exposes pipeline state; clarify the supported connection mechanism and define completion as displaying the instance’s running pipelines in Console without inspecting internal topics or container logs.
