Whenever I go to see a topic I get the following error : "Rendered more hooks than during the previous render." After refreshing a few times the Topic Details show up

Read hooks/usePaginationParams.ts around line 23 and components/pages/topics/Tab.Partitions.tsx around line 44, then trace the observer render path. Done means the Partitions tab renders Topic Details without the React hook-order error or requiring repeated refreshes.
