Description

It would be nice to get more routes for Resources in the Streams API.

Get all Resources:
GET /resources

Get all Resources for a specific type (cache, input, output, processor, rate_limit):
GET /resources/cache

Get a Resource /resources/{type}/{id}
GET /resources/cache/foo

Delete a Resource /resources/{type}/{id}
DELETE /resources/cache/foo

Research direction

Start by locating the Streams API routing and the existing Resource handlers. Compare the current resource operations with the requested collection, type-filtered, lookup, and delete routes. Done means the listed routes work for the supported resource types and are covered by the relevant API tests.
