Description
Need the docs update with a reference in the API section to the new langcache class. Additionally, need either a new user guide (simple) or an addition to the existing user guide for llm caching. We can store langcache uri's in with github secrets.

Research direction
Start by locating the Sphinx documentation, the API section, and the existing user guide for LLM caching. Add a LangCache class reference in the API documentation and either create a simple user guide or extend the existing one, including how LangCache URIs can be stored with GitHub Secrets. Done means both the API reference and caching guidance are published.
