Description

Hello Team I see we use to have all these properties in version 3.0.0. which helps us to control the connection failures and provide a timeout to how long we can keep the connection to hang till it gets connected.

It will be helpful if someone please help me to set up these keys in version 4
also please share some details on reading(get) and write(set) timeout and retry possibility

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the v4 configuration documentation and the supported equivalents for the listed retry and timeout settings; done means documenting how to configure them and how read and write timeouts behave.
