Research direction

Start by reproducing the GitHub sign-in flow in Redis Insight 3.4.2 on Windows 11 and inspect the resulting authorization error and available logs. No source file or test is named in the issue, so trace the Copilot authentication entry point from the failing flow. Done means GitHub sign-in completes successfully.
